Deliveries and returns
Delivery, returns, shipping costs, refunds, credit notes, delivery times. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the delivery option chosen (Point relais, Domicile or Express), the rates charged by the delivery company, the destination and the total amount of the basket. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Deliveries are only made within the agreed geographical zones. EtSuzette uses various carriers: La Poste Colissimo, La poste point relais, Chronopost, UPS, DHL and Mondial Relay. Delivery times are only indicative, if however it exceeds thirty days, then the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer refunded. EtSuzette sends a confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number to the buyer's e-mail address. However, it is possible that certain e-mails are not correctly routed to their recipient or are blocked by an anti-spam system. In such cases, EtSuzette cannot be held responsible, as confirmation and tracking e-mails are sent by Shopify and/or by the carriers' computer systems. The buyer is delivered to his home or to a relay point that he will have chosen after making his payment. If the purchaser is absent, he/she will receive a delivery notice allowing him/her to collect the product ordered from the nearest post office within a period indicated on the delivery notice by the postal services. The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the goods and their contents in the presence of the delivery person. We pay particular attention to every detail of your order. In accordance with article 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from receipt of the product to retract and return it to the seller for reimbursement. Returned items must not have been worn, washed or damaged, and must be labelled. For returns to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain, a 5-euro contribution to return costs is payable by the customer. For all other countries, the customer is responsible for the full cost of returns. If a Mondial Relay parcel is not collected within the specified time, a €2 return fee will be applied by the carrier and will be charged to the customer.Once the returned items have been received by our warehouse, they undergo a quality check before being returned to stock if they are in good condition. EtSuzette will then issue a refund within 15 days. We do not do exchanges.Credit notes and gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue on our online site or in store. Gift cards and credit notes are non-extendable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. The value of a gift card or credit note is never converted into cash.
To guarantee next-day express delivery, please place your order before 12 noon.
The reimbursement of an order paid with an e-gift card, gift card or credit note will automatically be made as a credit note.
Credit notes can only be used on etsuzette.com and cannot be used in store.
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense when a credit note is used as a means of payment.

It is imperative to follow our return process via the FASTOCHE application. All undeclared returns (not made with FASTOCHE) cannot be processed and reimbursed.
Rates
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and exclusive of processing and shipping costs. In the event of a change in VAT, this may be reflected in the price of the products. EtSuzette may modify its prices at any time. The price of the products appearing on the day of the buyer's order is, of course, the only one applicable.
Delivery costs are not included in the price indicated in the catalog.

Reservation of ownership
Et Suzette retains full ownership of the products sold until payment has been received, including all taxes and charges.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned and reimbursed. All claims for reimbursement related to a product defect must be made by e-mail to sav@etsuzette.fr, enclosing a photo of the defect.
Liability
EtSuzette cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Intellectual property
All EtSuzette elements are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of EtSuzette. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio. Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of EtSuzette.
