The general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between EtSuzette and the buyer on the etsuzette.com website. All of the terms and conditions listed apply to every purchase made on the etsuzette.com website. Upon purchasing a product on the etsuzette.com website, the buyer unreservedly accepts the general terms and conditions of sale, which they acknowledge having read before finalizing their order. The buyer declares that the purchase of a product is not directly related to their professional activity and is strictly for personal use. Furthermore, the buyer declares that they have full legal capacity to accept the general terms and conditions of sale of EtSuzette. EtSuzette reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable general terms and conditions of sale are those in effect on the date of the buyer's order.
Products
The offered products are those which appear on the site etsuzette.com, within the limit of stocks available.
EtSuzette reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is accompanied by one or more photos and a description of its main technical features. The photographs are as representative as possible of the actual product, but are not binding on the seller.
The sale of products presented on the etsuzette.com website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.
Deliveries and returns
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option chosen (Pickup Point, Home Delivery, or Express), the rates charged by the delivery company, the destination, and the total amount of the order. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Deliveries are only made to the agreed-upon geographic areas. EtSuzette uses different carriers: La Poste Colissimo, La Poste pick-up point, Chronopost, UPS, DHL, and Mondial Relay. Delivery times are for information purposes only. If the delivery time exceeds thirty days, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. EtSuzette will send a confirmation email containing the tracking number to the buyer's email address. However, it is possible that some emails may not be correctly delivered to their recipient or may be blocked by an anti-spam system. In such cases, EtSuzette cannot be held responsible, as confirmation emails and parcel tracking emails are sent by Shopify and/or the carriers' IT systems. The buyer will receive their order at their home address or at a pick-up point of their choice after making their payment. If they are not at home, they will receive a delivery notice allowing them to collect their order from their nearest post office within the time frame indicated on the delivery notice by the postal services. The buyer is required to check the condition of the goods and their contents in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. We pay particular attention to every detail of your orders. For a unique olfactory experience, your packages are delicately scented. In accordance with Article 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from receipt of the product to withdraw and return the product to the seller for a refund. Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged and must have their label. When the buyer returns the product, it must be in its original condition with the label. For returns in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and Spain, the customer is responsible for a $5 contribution to the return shipping costs. For all other countries, the customer is responsible for the full cost of returns. In the event of a Mondial Relay parcel being returned because it was not collected within the specified time frame, a return fee of €2 will be applied by the carrier and will be payable by the customer. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned items have been received by our warehouse, they are subject to a quality control check before being returned to stock if they are in good condition. EtSuzette will then proceed with the refund within 15 days. We do not offer exchanges. Credit notes and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue on our online site or in store. Gift cards and credit notes are non-extendable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable; the value of a gift card or credit note can never be converted into cash.
To guarantee next-day express delivery, please place your order before 12 noon.
The reimbursement of an order paid with an e-gift card, gift card or credit note will automatically be made as a credit note. 
Credit notes can only be used on etsuzette.com and cannot be used in store. 
Shipping costs are at the customer's expense when a credit note is used as a means of payment. 
Returns are managed via the Fastoche third-party application, accessible at the following address: https://app.fastoche.co/app?shop=et-suzette&view=home
It is imperative to follow our return process via the FASTOCHE application. All undeclared returns (not made with FASTOCHE) cannot be processed and reimbursed. 
Rates
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and exclusive of processing and shipping costs. In the event of a change in VAT, this may be reflected in the price of the products. EtSuzette may modify its prices at any time. The price of the products appearing on the day of the buyer's order is, of course, the only one applicable.
Delivery costs are not included in the price indicated in the catalog.
The price of delivery charges is invoiced in addition to the order, depending on the total of the order, the delivery option and the destination.
Terms of payment
EtSuzette offers several online payment options:

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance by the purchaser of the general conditions of sale. All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has provided his/her e-mail address on the order form, he/she will receive an order confirmation e-mail from EtSuzette.
Reservation of ownership
Et Suzette retains full ownership of the products sold until payment has been received, including all taxes and charges.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as stipulated in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned and reimbursed. All claims for reimbursement related to a product defect must be made by e-mail to sav@etsuzette.fr, enclosing a photo of the defect.
Liability
EtSuzette cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Intellectual property
All EtSuzette elements are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of EtSuzette. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or audio. Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of EtSuzette.
Personal data
The EtSuzette company reserves the right to collect nominative information and personal data about you. They are necessary to the management of your order, as well as to the improvement of the services and information which we address to you. The EtSuzette company is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided. Dispute resolution
These conditions of distance selling are governed by French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Lille.

In the event of a dispute arising from an Order or sale, the Customer may make a written complaint to Customer Services: sav@etsuzette.fr
In the event of a complaint not amicably resolved by Customer Services, the Customer may, for a period of one (1) year, have recourse free of charge to the mediation service of the SMP (Société Médiation Professionnelle), to which Et Suzette is a member, by post: Société de la Médiation Professionnelle - Médiateur de la consommation, 2 Rue Marc Sangnier, 33130 Bègles or on their website https://www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr/ in accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code. The Mediator Service may be contacted for any consumer dispute which has not been settled amicably.
The Customer may also contact the dispute resolution platform set up by the European Commission at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, particularly in the event of a cross-border dispute.These distance selling conditions are governed by French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Lille.
